Terms of Service — RocketVPN

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "Subscriber", "User") and Xenex Networks LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered mailing address at 3911 Concord Pike #8030 SMB#32597, Wilmington, DE 19803, USA ("RocketVPN", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, activating a subscription, or otherwise using the RocketVPN service (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by (a) these Terms of Service, (b) our Refund Policy, and (c) our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register an account or use the Service.

1. The Service

RocketVPN provides encrypted virtual private network (VPN) connectivity through a network of servers located in multiple countries, supporting VPN protocols including L2TP/IPSec, OpenVPN, IKEv2, SoftEther, WireGuard, AmneziaWG, V2Ray (Reality), Shadowsocks, and PPTP. The Service is delivered "as is" and "as available" without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation, specific connection speed, server availability in any particular country, or compatibility with any third-party application.

2. Eligibility & Account

By registering you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal or business purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the server you connect to.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to do, attempt, or facilitate any of the following:

Distribute, store, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content promoting terrorism, weapons trafficking, or controlled-substance trafficking;
Send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") via email, Usenet, instant messaging, or any other channel;
Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code;
Conduct port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute-force attacks, denial-of-service attacks, or any other unauthorized testing or probing of computer systems you do not own or have written permission to test;
Engage in fraud, identity theft, carding, phishing, or any deceptive practice;
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual-property rights of third parties;
Operate large-scale automation, scraping bots, click-fraud, or any activity that imposes a disproportionate load on the Service;
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent;
Violate any other applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any prepaid balance, and (where appropriate) reporting to law-enforcement authorities. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xenex Networks LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen term. Promotional and trial credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. All refund eligibility, time windows, and procedures are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Privacy & No-Logs Commitment

We do not retain logs of your browsing history, DNS queries, or the content of your traffic. Limited operational metadata (such as account email, billing records, and aggregate connection counts) is processed only for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly disclose private electronic communications except where compelled by valid legal process under United States law.

7. Intellectual Property & DMCA

All trademarks, logos, software, and original content provided as part of the Service are owned by Xenex Networks LLC or its licensors. We act as a "service provider" within the meaning of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, contact us at support@rocketvpn.net with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We will respond in accordance with the DMCA's notice-and-takedown procedures.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any defect will be corrected, or that any specific website, application, or content will remain accessible through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XENEX NETWORKS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, that your activity poses a risk to the Service or third parties, or that we are required to do so by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes take effect 14 days after they are posted; your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where applicable mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you broader rights, those rights are not affected.
